We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the financial health of the property.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. 

• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure high performance and morale. 

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. 

• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction. 

• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls. 

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. 

• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests and staff. 

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase bookings. 

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Proven 3 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager in star rated hotel. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills.     

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.     

• Financial insight with experience in budgeting and revenue management. 

• Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.     

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
