Proper quality recording of incoming milk and finished products.
Daily reporting of incoming milk and finished products.
SOP & ISO implementation
Make sure production is according to EFDA standards.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
Assisting production to produce quality, standard products.
Perform routine laboratory testing and report on time.
Proper recording and maintenance of non-conformity
Participate in root cause identification of customer complaints.
Participated in product development, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life tests.
Based on the developed procedures, conduct cleaning and preventive action for equipment that is found in the lab or assigned to him/her.
Guide all employees to follow and ensure to compliance with the company’s code of conduct
Ensure safe custody of calibrated equipment.
Maintain equipment to keep it in proper condition. In case of breakdown, take initiative, coordinate, and assist the laboratory manager for its early repair.
Ensure timely disposal of tested samples as per procedure.
Create and maintain a good environment for teamwork within the department as well as other departments.
Proper handling of laboratory equipment and reagent filling.
Perform any other activities as directed to him/her by her manager.
Reporting to Quality manager
BSC Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, and other related fields
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Energetic and passionate to learn more, good understanding of HACCP, GMP and GLP
Good communication skills
