• Identify and reach out to potential property owners for management services.

• Market and advertise vacant properties to prospective tenants.

• Conduct property showings and facilitate lease agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client and tenant concerns.

• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
