🎯 Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to support the sale and promotion of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to attract and close clients.



🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential property buyers and investors
• Promote available residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Negotiate deals and close property sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in Addis Ababa
• Collaborate with marketing team for property promotions and campaigns
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Addis Ababa property market
