Job Summary

The Saving and Resource Mobilization Officer is responsible for mobilizing savings, attracting new members and depositors, promoting SACCO products and services, and supporting the organization's resource mobilization efforts to enhance financial growth and sustainability.

Job Requirements

Education

• MA or BA Degree in: Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Cooperative Management, Project Management, Business Administration Or related fields

Experience

• MA Degree holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

• BA Degree holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Marketing and customer relationship management skills.

• Resource mobilization and business development skills.

• Good report writing and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
