Job Requirements A seasoned mechanic with a Diploma (Level IV) in Automotive Mechanics and at least five years of hands‑on experience maintaining heavy construction machinery, including one year in a supervisory role. Fluent in Amharic and proficient in English for technical communication. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, lead overhauls, maintain documentation, enforce safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with vendors.
