Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing support to Relationship Managers. He/she handles customers’ documents. He/she acts as a liaison between Relationship Managers and other departments within the Bank. He/she also works collaboratively with Relationship Managers to ensure that they have access to the resources and information required to manage client accounts efficiently.
Place of work ;  Addis Ababa (V. No HO/03808/26)

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Business related fields plus, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in banking sector; of which three (3) years at operational work preferably in credit and trade service operations.

    Proficiency in Chinese language is mandatory.
