Plan International is hiring an Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) Officer. This role ensures effective implementation of accountability mechanisms across shelter, NFI and WASH programmes, analyzing client feedback to inform decisions and strengthen project quality and accountability within the organization.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development or related field (postgraduate preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in AAP, MEAL or community engagement

  • Manage client feedback systems and analyze data for programmed decisions

  • Produce high‑quality reports and facilitate knowledge sharing on emerging practices
