Plan International is hiring an Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) Officer. This role ensures effective implementation of accountability mechanisms across shelter, NFI and WASH programmes, analyzing client feedback to inform decisions and strengthen project quality and accountability within the organization.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development or related field (postgraduate preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in AAP, MEAL or community engagement

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of accountability mechanisms across sectors
Manage client feedback systems and analyze data for programmed decisions
Produce high‑quality reports and facilitate knowledge sharing on emerging practices
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in accountability mechanisms and capacity to support community communication
Proven data collection, analysis and reporting skills
Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities
