Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper posting in accounting systems

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings

• Monitor cash flow and report on financial status

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
