Job Summary

We are looking for an outsourced accountant to manage our financial records and provide accurate, timely financial reports. The accountant will handle bookkeeping, profit & loss statements, cash flow tracking, tax preparation support, and basic financial analysis to support business decisions, and also manage revenues office tasks accordingly (also handle yearly closing)

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: 8000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records

• Prepare monthly profit & loss and cash flow reports

• Track expenses, revenues, and invoices

• Ensure tax compliance and support tax filings

• Provide basic financial insights and cost control advice

• Manage Ethiopian revenues authority tasks and prepare annual financial closing.

• Prepare and process payroll and pension payments

• Manage regional shop finances effectively and lead a team

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting principles

• Attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of payroll and pension preparation and processing

• Ability to manage regional shop finances and lead a team effectively.
