• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with related field of study

• Experience: 2-3 year

• Experience in a merchandise trading company is an added advantage

• Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Prepare and process payment vouchers

• Post financial transactions using Peachtree Accounting Software

• Monitor daily sales and collection activities

• Update and maintain stock-on-hand records

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

• Support general accounting and reporting functions 

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software

• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and payment processes

• Ability to manage stock and sales tracking records

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
