Menkem International Business PLC has been engaged in Cross-Border Transportation and Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Import/Export, and other business ventures. Hence, the Company would like to hire highly qualified candidates for its Freight transport operations Unit.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting ,Finance or with related field of study

Experience: Minimum of 5 years

Quantity Required: 2

Location: Addis Ababa (Kality in front of former Kork & Tin Factory/Midroc Construction Terminal)

Collateral: All employees are required to submit  a guarantee/collateral/

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.

  • Lead monthly reconciliations (bank, receivables, payables, and inventory).

  • Support external and internal audit processes.

  • Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in their work.

  • Provide management with insights to support financial decision-making

Skills & Competencies

  • Peach tree,  IFRS & ERP (C-NET)

  • Basic Computer skills
