• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study.

• Experience: 6/ 4 years of accounting experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.

• Record and verify financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax requirements.

• Support internal and external audits.

Skills & Competencies

• Accounting skills: Organizing documents, coding, posting, payroll preparation, tax declaration, and tax preparation.

• Computer skills: MS-Excel, MS-word and accounting software such as Peachtree accounting

• Attention to detail: Ability to find and prevent errors in financial records.

• Integrity: Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information.

• Communication: Able to explain financial information clearly.
