Job Summary

TZNA General Hospital is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Accountants to manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support effective financial decision-making. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and records

• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage)

• Assist in audits and financial reviews

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage

• High level of integrity and attention to detail
