ENORMT Engineering Technologies PLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study

Experience:

  • 0-2 years

  • Proven experience in Accounting or Finance roles.

  • Experience in Single Window system is an advantage

Location: Megenagna

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure proper coding of transactions.

  • Oversee and monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
