Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and financial operations of the office.

  • Handle financial transactions, record keeping, and maintain accurate accounts.

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and general administrative tasks.

  • Support payroll processing and staff-related administrative activities.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
