Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and financial operations of the office.
Handle financial transactions, record keeping, and maintain accurate accounts.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
Manage office supplies, logistics, and general administrative tasks.
Support payroll processing and staff-related administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
