About the Organization: Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) is a local Civil Society Organization (CSO) established in 1998. TSD operates across Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, Central and South Ethiopia. The organization focuses on youth empowerment, peace building, gender development, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), climate justice, and sustainable livelihoods.
Key Role: The Admin and HR Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the human resources, administration, logistics, and procurement functions of TSD. This position ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a motivated workforce aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Manage performance appraisals, staff development, and HR compliance.
Oversee office operations, facility management, and administrative systems.
Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and records management.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and organizational events.
Supervise fleet and transport management to support program delivery.
Manage procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract oversight.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain inventory records.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum BA/MBA, MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5/3 years, in HR, admin, logistics, and procurement roles—preferably within NGOs/CSOs.
Sound understanding of Ethiopian labor law, procurement standards, and administrative procedures.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ERP systems.
