Organization: Health Development and Anti Malaria Association
Health Development and Anti Malaria Association (HDAMA) has been re-registered with Proclamation No. 1113/2009 as local civil organization committed to bring sustained change by fostering popular participation in critical development problems that reduces vulnerability and promotes promising practices in the areas of health, livelihood, gender, conflict resolution and climate change.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admin & HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
Oversee daily operations of the Admin & HR department.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Perform as liaison for overall admin related duties
Responsible for the administer logistics processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Perform any admin and HR related tasks as requested
B.A/BSc: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields or MA/MBA: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferably in an NGO sector.
Skills and Competencies
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
