The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage office documents, filing systems, and data entry tasks.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes when required.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
Welcome visitors and provide general front-desk support.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Previous admin experience is an added advantage.
