The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Manage office documents, filing systems, and data entry tasks.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.

  • Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes when required.

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.

  • Welcome visitors and provide general front-desk support.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Previous admin experience is an added advantage.
