Pharo Foundation is launching a new, high-quality school in Assosa and is seeking a professional and highly organized
Admin Officer to ensure effective administrative support and the smooth running of school operations.
📍 Position Details
• Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Oversee and coordinate general administrative functions across the school
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance logistics
Support the school principal and departments with documentation, scheduling, and record keeping
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Liaise with staff, parents, service providers, and government offices as needed
Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2+ years of relevant administrative experience (school or NGO setting preferred)
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in written/spoken English
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
