About the Role Intrinsic Consultancy, PLC is seeking a proactive Administration Assistant with strong FINAINCE experience to support our daily operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with financial tasks, ensuring smooth office management and accurate financial processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
Assist with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
Support payment preparation and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Handle procurement and logistics for projects and office needs
Maintain organized records and documentation for both admin and finance functions
Job Requirement:
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration with MAIN exposure to finance/accounting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
