Job Summary

ICOS Consulting PLC is seeking a Female multi-talented, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant. This is a dual-responsibility role where the successful candidate will manage daily office operations and handle basic financial record-keeping across ICOS Consulting and its sister companies.

Job Requirements 

Education:

  • TVET Level III /IV/ V or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Accounting or with related field of study

Experience:

  • 0 year

  • Prior experience in office administration or basic accounting is desirable

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for proper record keeping.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and office communications

  • Maintain accurate attendance records for full-time and part-time field staff

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.

  • Organize meetings, trainings, workshops, and other office events.

  • Support preparation and processing of payroll.

Accounting:

  • Oversee petty cash management and ensure proper documentation.

  • Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner.

  • Track and record office expenditures

  • Assist in tax filing and payment processes in accordance with organizational procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.

Office Coordination:

  • Serve as a central point of contact between management, staff, and external partners.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic accounting workflows.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
