Job Summary
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily administrative operations and ensuring the efficient coordination of office activities. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining office systems, managing records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and appointments, and prepare meeting minutes when required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Supervise general office support services and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Assist in implementing organizational policies and administrative procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and official documents.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in office administration or administrative management is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic; knowledge of English is an advantage.
