Job Summary
ATTA Trading Plc, a member of ATTA Group, is a reputable construction company engaged in high-rise building construction and ICT infrastructure projects across Ethiopia.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Business Administration, or with related field of study
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as a secretary or administrative assistant
Experience working in a construction or engineering company
Workplace: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative & Secretarial Support
Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and official documents.
Draft, edit, and format professional letters, reports, and official communications in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
Ensure proper documentation and archiving in accordance with company standards.
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management staff.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
Arrange travel schedules, accommodation, and related logistics when required.
Communication & Front Office Management
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Act as a communication link between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure timely dissemination of information across departments.
Office Management
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement and availability.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Support general office operations and administrative functions.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals
