The Admissions Manager is a pivotal role, serving as the primary ambassador for the school to prospective families. This individual is responsible for leading the entire student recruitment and admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, targets- driven, and empathetic professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the international school landscape, and a passion for connecting families with the right educational fit
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or client relations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in an international school environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional fluency in English (both written and spoken), with outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
Reports to: Head of School
Location: Yeka, subcity, kotebe-kara area, Addis Ababa – Canadian International School
