Sunny Real Estate PLC, a sister company of Sunny Steel Pipe Manufacturing PLC, is looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. Degree in Architecture and at least two years of experience in architectural design. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and Lumion, with a strong focus on exterior and interior 3D renderings.

Architects investigate, design, and oversee the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects, and social spaces. They design in accordance with the surroundings and regulations applicable in specific geographic areas, taking into account factors that include function, aesthetics, costs, and public health and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural concepts, plans, and technical drawings.

• Create detailed 3D renderings for both interior and exterior designs.

• Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility.

• Assist in the modification and improvement of architectural designs.

• Prepare presentation materials using Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or in a related field of study

• Experience: 2 years of working experience
