Job Purpose:- The Architect is responsible for developing and delivering all required architectural designs for the company, translating client requirements and project briefs into functional, code-compliant, and buildable solutions. This role leads concept and detailed design work, prepares drawings and specifications, coordinates with engineering and construction teams, ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and supports project planning, cost estimation, and quality control from schematic design through construction handover.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Architectural Design Development

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.

• Develop integrated master plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and other related drawings.

• Ensure designs meet client needs, project scope, and applicable standards.

3D Visualization and Presentation

• Produce 3D architectural models and visual renderings.

• Prepare presentation materials for client approvals and project reviews.

• Revise visual designs based on comments and feedback

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, Electrical, and sanitary, and other project disciplines.

• Work with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design consistency.

• Support design integration with construction requirements.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare architectural specifications, details, and design documents.

• Assist in the preparation of BOQ and tender documentation where required.

• Maintain organized design records and revisions.

Site and Construction Support

• Visit project sites to review design implementation.

• Respond to technical queries and resolve design-related issues during construction.

• Support quality control to ensure execution matches the approved design

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards.

• Incorporate safety, functionality, and sustainability principles in all designs.

 Client Communication

• Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and project expectations.

• Present design concepts and explain architectural solutions clearly.

• Incorporate client feedback into updated design submissions.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other structural engineering duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Architecture and urban planning or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of  direct experience related to job title in the construction industry

Skills 

• Architectural design and drafting.

• Strong 2D and 3D design software skills, such as GIS, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar programs.

• Ability to produce architectural drawings, presentation boards, and 3D visual renderings.

• Good knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.

• Ability to revise designs based on feedback and project needs.
