Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Licensure preferred (PAR)

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.

• Involvement in 2+ projects from concept to completion.

• Experience in at least two project types: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Public.

• Proven ability to assist in managing architectural projects

Key Skills:

• Revit, Proficiency in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).

• Strong understanding of building codes and design standards.

• Strong knowledge of design principles and construction detailing.

• Ability to produce high-quality design drawings and documents.

• Experience with design documentation and client presentations

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Architects in developing design concepts and preparing presentations.

• Prepare architectural drawings and documentation.

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and consultants.

• Ensure design compliance with client requirements and regulations

Part-time with 24 hours availability per week

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
