Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or with related field of study

• ISO 9001 and/or BIM certification is considered an advantage

Experience:

• 2 years for Bachelor's Degree and 0 years for Master's Degree holders

• Proven expertise in architectural QA/QC, BIM coordination, design review, and design management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review Revit/BIM models for modeling accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM standards.

• Verify BIM model elements, parameters, naming conventions, levels, grids, families, and model organization.

• Conduct quality checks on architectural models before submission to consultants, clients, or project teams.

• Review drawings and models against approved design documents, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.

• Identify discrepancies, omissions, errors, and inconsistencies and coordinate their correction.

• Check dimensions, levels, annotations, room layouts, materials, finishes, and architectural details.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, working knowledge of Navisworks, and comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001/19650 standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Detail/Information (LoD/LOIN), Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM auditing, and QA/QC procedures.
