Under the close supervision of the Head, HR Admin. Division, Archive Officer I, is responsible for the maintenance of up-to-date and complete Organizational Archive records of the company; supporting in the recruitment, promotion, transfer and performance management activities; carrying out the recording of all mail documents and letters in accordance with archives procedures; keeping records of Archive producing periodic statistical reports.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains records of over time in accordance with existing procedures;
Gives reference numbers and stamps date on all outgoing mail;
Writes the name and address of outgoing mails correctly;
Sends out going mails to the correct address;
Carries out the sending and classification of outgoing mails;
Follows up the prompt delivery of urgent and important matters;
Receives all incoming letters as directed;
Makes sure that all received incoming letters are handed over to the right person;
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
From recognized college/TVET level IV diploma in Management/Human Resource Management or other relevant field of study and 2 years related work experience
