Position: Assistant Machine Operator

Yoha Soap and Detergent PLC invites qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Machine Operator. This is an entry-level opportunity for applicants who have completed Grades 10–12 through a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program and are interested in developing practical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery.
• Prepare materials and supplies required for the production process.
• Observe operating and workplace safety procedures and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Help keep machines, tools, and the work area clean and organized.
• Report machine irregularities, production issues, or safety concerns to the responsible operator or supervisor.
• Support the team in meeting production and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of Grades 10–12 through a TVET or technical and skills training program.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety rules.
• Good teamwork, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
• Previous work experience is not required.
