Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures.

• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and syllabi.

• Conduct tutorials, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.

• Assess student performance (assignments, projects, exams).

• Provide academic advising and mentorship.

• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.

• Maintain attendance and academic records.

• Conduct original research in the area of specialization.

• Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals.

• Present findings at national and international conferences.

• Apply for research grants and funding.
