Addis Ababa University, Ethiopian Institute of Water of Water Resources would like to invite qualified applicants for the vacant positions listed below.

The applicants are expected to fully commit themselves to the vision of the University and be willing to teach graduate level education, engage in conducting research and publication, and engage themselves in university and community services. Successful applicants will work as an academic staff at Ethiopian Institute of Water Resources, Addis Ababa University.

• PhD in River Basin Management/Hydrology/ Watershed management(with focus on water PhD research work resources)or related fields obtained in 2018 0r before
• Extensive experience in watershed processes and modelling, IWRM, echo hydrology, hydrological and climate modelling, transboundary water resources management., environmental changes and water resources, soil and water management practices, erosion and sedimentation control and management, etc.
• At least three years of proven research experience in the field other than their PhD research work
• Proven track record of scientific publications in the field
• At least 4 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions
• Proven experience in supervision of graduate students' research in the field.
