We are currently seeking qualified, motivated, and analytical professionals to join our team for the Associate Attorney position.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • LLB Degree in Law from a recognized institution 

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.4 or above 

Quantity Required: 2

Job Type: Part-Time and remote

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.

  • Support senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.

  • Prepare basic pleadings and legal correspondence.

  • Maintain case files and update legal records.

  • Attend meetings, hearings, and client sessions as required

  • Ensure timely tracking of case deadlines and filings.

  • Legal research and drafting 

  • Corporate and commercial advisory support 

  • Regulatory and compliance analysis 

  • Support in dispute resolution and documentation 

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English language and research skills 

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment 

  • Strong capability for both independent and team collaboration 

  • Strong tech and business aptitude 

  • High level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and reliability
