The associate trainer will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of training activities across various project sites. This includes preparing, reviewing, and organizing training-related reports and presentations, maintaining accurate records of training schedules and participant progress, and ensuring proper documentation and communication between the training office and project sites. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordination and communication, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.

  • Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional methods (e.g., lectures, workshops, simulations) that cater to diverse learning styles.

  • Facilitate group discussions, encourage active participation, and answer trainee questions effectively.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and post-training performance monitoring.

  • Maintain and update training materials based on feedback and evolving industry standards.

  • May provide ongoing coaching or mentoring to trainees after program completion (depending on the program).

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs (e.g., scheduling, registration).

  • Stay up to date on adult learning principles and instructional best practices.

  • Prepare, review and Organize reports, presentations and other documentation, related to training activities

  • Maintain accurate records of training schedules, participants' progress, and COC certification outcomes.

  • Act as a liaison between the project Sites and the training office, ensuring timely Communication and reports

  • Ensure proper filling and archiving of all training-related documentation for every retrieval.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining tracking Systems for training progress and project updates

  • Perform general office correspondence, including drafting emails and other communications.

  • Support the training manager in implementing and monitoring training initiatives and goals

  • Identify and resolve minor issues related to reposting and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to identify training needs and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.

    Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience
