Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed audit plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and methodology of the audit, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and critical areas are prioritized.

• Gain an understanding of the organization’s business operations and environment to identify key risks and areas of focus.

• Review and verify the accuracy of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, to ensure they present a true and fair view of the entity’s financial position.

• Inspect supporting documentation for transactions to confirm validity, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

• Assess the risk of material misstatements in financial records due to error or fraud, and tailor audit procedures accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA degree/ MA in Accounting/ Banking and finance or related field of study

• Experience: 12 years and above work experiences.

• Language: speaking Afaan Oromoo is a plus.
