Automotive Customer Service Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the customer’s the 1st technical contacting person service adviser and direct them to the respective technical personnel

  • Greets customers in a professional manner and friendly ways

  • Collects vehicles, customers’ service requirements and work orders accordingly the type customer as private, company or organization

  • Open job order cards and deliver to the responsible job center as per the job  

  • Receive call and call to customers for road call support, arrange towing & temporary transportation

  • Call customers for follow ups, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers’ vehicles into the service

  • Gather maintenance information and brief to customer about repair and maintenance status, needed &  required repairs of their vehicles and accessories parts

  • Handles customer requirements, questions and complaints and redirect them to the required personnel and or to management if the issue is beyond

  • Give a brief about the service warranty protections benefits

  • Check preventive maintenance programs

  • Make service Schedules for customers cars, 

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Auto Mechanic or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service,

  • Experience in cars dealers or repair shop is highly preferable 

  • Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customer 

  • Age 25 - 40 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good customer handling skill, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • High level of motivation and energy 

  • Basic Computer skill

  • Good hand writing calligraphy

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
