Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience

• Experience in import-export operations (customs, documentation, logistics coordination)

• Practical experience in banking processes (LCs, transfers, documentation, etc.)

Quantity Required: 1

Language: Fluent in Afan Oromo (mandatory)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and building strong client relationships

• Managing and coordinating banking transactions and processes

• Handling import-export documentation and follow-ups

• Working with logistics and customs-related activities

• Ensuring smooth end-to-end business execution

Skills & Competencies:

• Very strong English communication

• Highly disciplined, target-driven, and execution-focused

• Strong track record in sales and client acquisition
