Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

• Previous work experience as a Barman.

• Hands-on experience in serving of alcoholic beverages and bar equipment

• Basic knowledge and skills of cocktails and coffee preparation

• To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu. 

• To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required. 

• To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients. 

• To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 

• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards. 

• Flexibility to work various shifts

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management. 

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related operations. 

• Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must. 

• COC Certification is mandatory.
