Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards

• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and presentation excellence

• Interact with guests professionally 

• Maintain full knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and pairings

• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

• Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately

• Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure timely drink service

• Maintain a welcoming and upscale bar atmosphere

Job Requirements

Education level - certificate and above in tourism or hospitality 

Experience- 2 and above years of experience in a restaurant or hotel
