Position Summary
Hydrogen Pharmaceutical PLC is seeking qualified, experienced, and technically competent Biomedical Engineers to join its Biomedical Engineering and Technical Service team.
The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, technical evaluation, and after-sales support of medical, laboratory, and diagnostic equipment.
The position also requires experience in preparing technical specifications, reviewing tender documents, preparing technical proposals, equipment evaluation, and supporting procurement and sales activities.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or with related field of study
Experience:
0-5 years of experience
Relevant professional experience in medical and laboratory equipment is highly preferred.
Practical experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or technical support.
Experience in preparing technical specifications and tender documents is highly advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
Install and commission medical and laboratory equipment at customer sites.
Conduct equipment testing and performance verification.
Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer requirements.
Prepare installation and commissioning reports.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose equipment faults and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct calibration, inspection, and functional testing.
Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
Technical Specifications & Tender Support
Prepare technical specifications for medical, laboratory, and diagnostic equipment.
Review customer and tender requirements and identify appropriate equipment.
Prepare technical compliance documents and technical proposals.
Participate in technical evaluation of equipment and supplier offers.
Support preparation of tender submissions and responses to technical requirements.
Customer & After-Sales Support
Provide technical support to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other customers.
Conduct user training and equipment demonstrations.
Respond promptly to technical service requests.
Coordinate warranty and after-sales service activities.
Manufacturer & Supplier Coordination
Communicate with international manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical issues.
Request technical information, manuals, spare parts, and troubleshooting support.
Coordinate warranty claims and technical resolutions.
Sales & Business Development Support
Support the Sales Department with technical product presentations.
Participate in customer visits and technical discussions.
Provide technical advice during product selection and quotation preparation.
Assist in identifying suitable equipment based on customer requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of medical, laboratory, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and equipment specifications.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Good computer skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to hospitals, laboratories, and customer sites.
Experience working with international medical equipment manufacturers is an advantage.
