Job Purpose

•To ensure the effectiveness of branch sales and marketing activities, mobilize resources, expand branch accessibility through digital banking, and provide efficient, high-quality service to customers consistently. Additionally, this job is responsible building strong relationship with various stakeholders to enhance the resource mobilization objective of the Bank.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent

• Experience: one year Branch Business Manager or Branch Operation Manager-IFB or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory.
