Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & on boarding:

  • Handle the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and on boarding of new employees.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

  1. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

  1. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and employee development.

  1. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.

  • Monitor employee progress and provide feedback.

  1. Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.

  1. Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and security.

  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.

  1. Handling Utility payments.

  • Provide support for day to day administrative activities.

  • Liaise with vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and utilities.

  1. Health & Safety:

  • Implement health and safety policies in compliance with regulations.

  • Organize safety training sessions and emergency drills.

  1. Logistics Support:

  • Assist in coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
