Duties and Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Evaluate and process savings and loan applications from clients.

• Interview clients to gather financial information and assess creditworthiness.

• Analyze credit data, employment status, income, and financial history to determine loan eligibility.

• Explain loan options, terms, and conditions to clients.

• Prepare and verify documentation required for loan approvals.

• Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Liaise with credit bureaus and manage loan portfolios.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 3 years
