Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance: Directs daily banking operations, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory directives.
Business Development: Promotes new and existing banking products and services, manages relationships with customers, and drives sales to achieve branch growth targets.
Team Leadership: Leads, coaches, and motivates branch staff, manages performance, and oversees training and development.
Financial Management: Prepares and monitors branch budgets, manages profitability (P&L), and oversees cash management and auditing.
Customer Experience: Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and high-quality service to maximize satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Required Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business-related field of study
Experience: 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years were in a supervisory position.
