• Educational Qualifications: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
• Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
Job Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields. Candidates must bring 5 to 7 years of banking experience, including at least two years in senior managerial positions such as Business Manager, Operation Manager, or Customer Service Manager. The position is based in Melka Rafu, Awebera, Sabian Mesekelegna branches under Dire Dawa District.
