Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Plans, organizes, and controls daily branch activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.

• Staff Management: Recruits, trains, mentors, and supervises branch employees to improve performance and morale.

• Business Growth & Sales: Develops strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and meet financial goals, such as loan and revenue targets.

• Customer Service: Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and resolves escalated issues.

• Financial Oversight: Manages budgets, prepares financial reports, and oversees cash management.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance/Banking/Management or other closely related fields.

• Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience in banking, out of which 2 years were in a supervisory role or equivalent position.
