Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields

• Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience

• Duty station : Addis Ababa or out side of Addis Ababa or in regions

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets

• Identify business opportunities and potential clients in the market

• Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance

• Monitor sales activities and create reports for upper management

• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to foster customer loyalty

• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials

• Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

• Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and plan future campaigns

• Stay updated with the latest banking services and products

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
