Duties and Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Conduct audits of financial transactions, accounting books, and records to detect errors or fraud.
• Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform financial and operational audits to ensure efficient and economical use of resources.
• Prepare and present audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure corrective measures have been implemented.
• Assess the effectiveness of governance and risk management practices.

Job Requirement

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
• Experience: 5-3 years
