Duties and Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Evaluate and process savings and loan applications from individuals or businesses.

• Interview clients to gather financial information and understand their creditworthiness.

• Analyze credit data, employment history, income, and other factors to assess loan eligibility.

• Explain different loan options, terms, and conditions to clients to help them choose suitable products.

• Prepare and verify necessary documentation required for loan approval.

• Monitor loan repayment schedules, notify clients of due payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Liaise with credit bureaus to verify applicant information and manage credit risk.

• Maintain accurate records of all savings and loan transactions.

Job Requirement

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 4-2 years
